The following Gift Cards can be redeemed both in store or online: Everyday WISH, WISH, Supermarkets, BIG W, BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths Shopping Cards, Essentials, Blackhawk Supermarkets, Monty’s, Gift for Good and Simply Groceries.
The following Gift Cards can be redeemed in store only: Caltex Woolworths. Essentials and Simply Groceries Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Alcohol, Tobacco Products or Gift Cards and eGift Cards.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable following the loading of funds onto the card, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash also cannot be withdrawn from the available balance of a Gift Card or eGift Card.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used to make credit card payments or other transaction account deposits. Use our store locator to find your nearest store or call 1300 10 1234.
A Gift Card is a physical card which can be bought and used online or in store. Sometimes we call these Classic Gift Cards.
An eGift Card is an electronic version of the physical card that can be ordered online and sent via email to the purchaser’s registered email address.
Depending on the Gift Card type, it can be used both online or in store. Use our store locator to find your nearest store or call 1300 10 1234.
You don’t need to spend your Gift Card total balance in one transaction. Since Woolworths Gift Cards and eGift Cards have no expiry date, the remaining balance remains available to spend whenever you’re ready.
Everyday WISH Gift Cards are available in both eGift Card and Physical formats. There’s a range of 3 digital designs to choose from. If you select an eGift Card, you can personalise it with your own message and image.
These cards are redeemable at all participating Woolworths Group stores, whether online or in-store, including: Woolworths Supermarkets BIG W BWS Caltex Woolworths Dan Murphy’s ALH venues (Everyday WISH eGift Cards only. You can find your nearest participating stores by using our store locator or by calling 1300 10 1234.
In addition, you can utilise your Everyday WISH Gift Card for purchases on Everyday Market from Woolworths at woolworths.com.au. For more details, refer to the Woolworths Online and Everyday Market from Woolworths Terms and Conditions. There are certain limitations on the products you can purchase with an Everyday WISH Gift Card. These limitations include: Gift Cards and Vouchers Lotto products Donations or charity products Your Everyday WISH Gift Card can also be used for paying for petrol at participating Caltex Woolworths stores, as well as for buying alcohol and tobacco products.

No, you cannot use your Woolworths at Work line of credit account to purchase a Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be purchased on the Woolworths Corporate Gifting Hub. The hub is accessible through the Woolworths at Work website but you cannot add or purchase a Gift Card with your Woolworths at Work order.
The Woolworths Corporate Gifting Hub only accepts credit card and bank transfer.
We recommend making the switch with your next purchase of gift cards to ensure a smooth transition. You can however continue using giftcards.woolworths.com.au until 10 February 2025 if you prefer.
We recommend making your Christmas gift card purchases with the Corporate Gifting Hub accessible through Woolworths at Work. However, you can continue using giftcards.woolworths.com.au until 10 February 2025 if you prefer.
No, all existing orders will be fulfilled as usual.
You can log in to your account and start purchasing gift cards through the Corporate Gifting Hub via Woolworths at Work right away. Please note that you cannot pay for gift cards using your Woolworths at Work line of credit.

Yes, you can access your order history on the Corporate Hub (giftcards.woolworths.com.au) until 10th March 2025. Please note, you will no longer have access to your order history after this date.
You will no longer be able to make purchases via giftcards.woolworths.com.au from 10th February 2025.
This change only applies to bulk corporate orders. You can keep buying individual gift cards as usual.
There will be no changes to your existing pricing benefits and terms. To ensure a smooth transition, please use your existing gift card email and ABN when creating your Woolworths at Work account. It may take up to 24 hours for your pricing to appear in the new Corporate Gifting Hub. Yes, your pre-agreed payment method will still be available on the new Corporate Gifting Hub. After creating your Woolworths at Work account, please allow up to 24 hours for your payment method to become available on the Corporate Gifting Hub. However, if you already have a Woolworths at Work line of credit, please note that this can’t be used to make gift card purchases.
No, you cannot purchase gift cards along with other items in the same basket on the Woolworths at Work site. Gift card orders need to be completed separately on the Corporate Gifting Hub site which is accessible via Woolworths at Work. You can purchase other items such as groceries and everyday supplies on Woolworths at Work, however you will have to create a separate basket.
At this time, you will not be able to purchase Woolworths Gift Cards via your Woolworths at Work line of credit. You will also not be able to see any gift card purchases via OpyPro or via spend reports in Work Hub.
