With a range of smart features, businesses can monitor voucher spend and purchases in real-time, ensuring greater visibility over expenses.
Here’s how it works
Businesses can quickly and easily issue a Store Voucher with set spending limits on Opypro – a dedicated platform to manage vouchers.
- Log in to Opypro and click ‘Store vouchers’
- Select ‘Create a new Store Voucher’ and choose to create either a single voucher or bulk vouchers
- Enter details such as recipient name or reference number, amount and restrictions
- Press ‘Submit’ to complete the process
Recipients can then use a voucher to shop in-store at any Woolworths Supermarket, Metro, or Big W. All purchases are then charged back to the business’ line of credit.

Ordering Woolworths Gift Cards is easy and can be done in a few simple clicks.
- Log in or sign up: To access the new Woolworths Corporate Gifting Hub, sign up to Woolworths at Work and select ‘Gift Cards’ at the top of the page above the product search bar.
- Select from a range of Gift Cards and order your cards: Enter recipients, select the card value, and choose a design and message. With bulk purchase orders, you receive files that allow you to distribute each gift card to your customers or employees when and how you choose.
- Checkout: Review your order, complete the payment, and your Gift Cards will be delivered via your preferred method – either SMS (digital cards) or mail (physical cards).
